For more than two decades the Spot On Crew have been working tirelessly and efficiently behind the scenes to ensure live gigs and events across the UK go off exactly as planned. But where did it all begin? The Spot On Crew began life with a few guys who were passionate about live events, had a hard-working mentality and who wanted to experience the buzz of being involved backstage whilst the biggest bands strut their stuff on stage. And boy have we experienced that over the years!
But it took more than a love for live events to get us where we are today. Becoming a respected supplier of experienced stage crews in this industry also takes hard graft. And that is something we guarantee every member of the Spot On Crew will offer, be it a stage manager, lighting engineer or general runner. This ethos starts with the management and is ingrained in all of our crews.

Our mission statement is simple. We believe in providing commitment, consistency and continuity for both clients and staff, whilst delivering the very best stage crew assistance in the events industry.
